The task was to support the process development of Lab-Disc production

• Construction of μ-fluidic structures
• Selection of Manufacturer for Injection molding
• Toolmaking for μ-structured disk
• Assembly-tools

As a result, a complete pilot plant for the production, coating, filling, sealing and packaging of various lab discs was put into operation.
